This legal notice applies to the brikabroke.app website and the BrikaBroke app. It states the identity of the publisher and the host, and the rules that apply to their use.

Site publisher

The BrikaBroke website and app are published by I Make IT, a single-member limited liability company (EURL) with share capital of €1,000, registered with the Arras trade and companies register (RCS) under number 881 922 611 (SIRET 881 922 611 00010), with its registered office at 94 Boulevard de la Justice, 62220 Carvin, France.

Hosting

The service runs on a private infrastructure, distributed and interconnected across three sites: OVHcloud's data centres in Roubaix (France) and Canada, and a private data centre self-hosted by the publisher in Carvin (France).

OVHcloud (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France) operates the Roubaix and Canada infrastructure. For any question, write to contact@brikabroke.app.

Intellectual property

The "BrikaBroke" trademark, the logo, the visual identity, the texts and the elements that make up the service are protected by intellectual-property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Content published by members (photos, descriptions, lists) remains the property of its authors, under the conditions set out in our terms of use.

Role of the platform

BrikaBroke is a service that connects private individuals. The platform does not take part in transactions, collects no payment and is not a party to the sales concluded between members.

Reporting content

In accordance with applicable law, any manifestly unlawful content can be reported directly from the platform or at contact@brikabroke.app. A reported item may be paused while it is reviewed.
